ICF Mentor Coaching

If you are among the elite coaches looking for ICF Certification to distinguish yourself in the world of coaching, you aren’t alone.  Fremont Consulting Group offers one/one mentor coaching or group mentor coaching.  Whichever method you prefer, we can accommodate your needs.  Fremont Consulting Group creates a safe, thoughtful and challenging atmosphere to work with new and re-certifying coaches as they refine and define their coaching style as they incorporate the ICF Core Competencies.  ICF Coach Mentoring is at the ACC and PCC level at this time, MCC mentor coaching coming in 2024.

Assessments

Statistically validated 3rd party assessments play a critical role in a client’s self-awareness during the coaching journey.  Assessment certification for the coach can be expensive, timely and quite frankly a perceived additional hurdle to getting your business up and running.  Fremont Consulting Group will work with new coaches as they bridge the gap to certification or whether the coach would like to outsource assessments and focus primarily on their coaching skills.
